About me

Daniel Rashid, IFS Coach in Stockholm

My name is Daniel.

There were times in my life when everything felt meaningless.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to continue.

I lived with strong self-criticism, a sense of emptiness, and an almost constant inner struggle.

I escaped into gaming, reversed my sleep rhythm, withdrew from others — trying to shut down what I was feeling.

Eventually, I began to feel into what I had been running from.

I discovered my inner parts, and learned how to listen. Meeting them with curiosity instead of resistance. It changed everything.

The journey I’ve made has shaped the way I am with others.

And that is the place from which I meet you.

My Approach

I don't believe we need to be “fixed.” I believe we need to be heard.

I work with presence, attuned listening, and inspiration from Internal Family Systems (IFS) – both as a method and a way of seeing life.

I have explored parts work through my own deep practice, daily inner contact, and years of working with clients.

When we meet, I greet every part of you with respect — even those parts that might feel shame, shut down, or want to flee.

Our sessions can be a space where you don’t have to fight to be someone else.

A space where you can come just as you are — and slowly feel that it’s enough.

Why I Work with IFS

I work from an IFS perspective because it has helped me — more than anything else.

Not just as a technique, but as a way of listening to the pain without judgment.

Discovering that I am not my emotions, but have different parts with different needs, has profoundly changed the way I understand myself — and others.

Meeting an inner critic with presence instead of fighting back. Listening to a wounded inner child without rushing in to fix it.

It changes something. Deeply.

I have both received and given many sessions. And what I have seen, over and over again, is that safety and transformation arise when what has been isolated is finally met.

Not with logic, but with presence.

This is why I work with IFS.

Because it holds the core of what I believe:

You don’t need to become someone else — you just need to be met with love.
